The Town of Pollocksville Planning Board has recommended the adoption of an updated Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance for the Town of Pollocksville. The Board of Commissioners will host a Public Hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at the Town Hall, 9026 Hwy 17 South, Pollocksville in order to receive public comment. This update is mandated by the State, and is known as the "160D update". Please review the below documents and bring your comments to the Town Hall.
