All meetings will be held at the temporary Town Hall, 9026 Highway 17, Pollocksville, NC until further notice.

If there are any special meetings called we will post a notification at the Town Hall as well as post a notice on the website.

The Agenda to the Meetings will be posted prior to the scheduled meeting at the Town Hall.

The Minutes are updated as soon as they are approved by the Board of Commissioners, this may take up to two months.
